We started our story in 2008 with the belief that human performance is for all of us. We felt intensely about this but weren’t yet sure how to impact people for them to see and develop their own true potential.

If you like high-intensity workouts, you’ll love these dynamic, 45-60 minute classes. Our trainers incorporate mobility work, movement-based strength training, interval-based cardio, and more. Nutrition coaching is also included.
Looking for programming that’s more specific and personal to your goals than group classes but not quite as intimate as private sessions?
Try small group hybrid training. It provides high accountability, and you’ll receive individualized programming and nutrition coaching.
VIP Personalized Experience
Great for people who don’t live near a PSI facility, this multiday, on-site experience includes one-on-one personalized training sessions, a personalized nutrition plan and pre- and post-workout supplements. As our most extensive offering, it’s only available at select locations.
We work with athletes in many sports, such as golf, netball, rugby, track and field, tennis, swimming, motor cross, and cycling.
All performance training services, regardless of the sport, combine training, physical therapy, and nutrition to ensure optimal performance when it counts the most. Our PSI methodology is designed with the high performance athlete in mind.
Services may include training testing and assessments, nutrition consultations, and physical therapy and cardiovascular evaluations. We design individualized training plans based on the information gained from these assessments and consultation.

First - A gym/school/college/ university staff introduction, meetings with managers and key decision-makers, a tour of specific facilities and equipment.

Based on all the information we gathered during this period, PSI will construct a complete system of solutions that we believe can help promote performance and efficiency in your team or organization. Next, our performance specialists establish a baseline using assessments such as a PSI general strength test protocol.
Using assessment information and keeping the client’s objectives in mind, the performance specialist creates a personalized conditioning plan that includes performance strategies secured to SMART application specific goals process. With the plan in place, the performance specialist addresses limits, weaknesses and threats to ensure that the client is comfortable with and confident in the steps he or she needs to take. After any final adjustments to the plan and programming, the athlete begins working toward his or her goal.
Our sport nutrition specialists creates nutritional plans for everyone from athletes to physique models to those who are trying to get the most out of life.
Work with our sport nutrition specialists to identify essentials, establish healthy eating habits, and get a fresh take on sport nutrition to reach your individual specific goals. Our nutrition consultations are aimed to increase energy, improve body composition, enhance recovery, improve performance, and decrease the risk of disease.
In a one-on-one setting, either remotely or in person, sport nutrition specialists work with athletes to assess their nutrition knowledge and behaviours, evaluate current nutritional status, set goals, or formulate a plan to improve health and performance. Each individualized plan includes a meal plan, supplement recommendations (when needed), personal strategies, and practical tools to reach goals.
